Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean and orderly store presentation. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork across departments.

You will greet customers, solve problems, and ensure accurate signage and inventory, while supporting daily store operations and safety standards. This position is on-site and requires physical effort.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware and greet customers.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and answer pages and calls.
• Maintain a clean, orderly sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, price changes, and merchandise resets.
• Communicate ideas to the General Manager and participate in store meetings.
• Operate forklift with proper training.
