Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a cashier to manage all transactions accurately at the Front End. You will handle payments, issue receipts, and assist customers with inquiries, ensuring smooth checkout operations.

Ideal candidates have prior retail cashier experience, basic PC skills, and familiarity with cash registers/POS. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; join a team focused on fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Scan goods and ensure pricing & product is accurate.
• Collect payments whether in cash, check or credit.
• Issue receipts and change as necessary.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
