Job summary

CHIRICAHUA PLAZA LLC is seeking a restaurant team member to assist with food preparation, serving guests, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. The role requires compliance with safety standards, accurate cash handling, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, stock checks, and sanitation across prep and dining areas. A high school diploma or GED and fluent English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the restaurant/snack bar per procedures and safety rules.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to established recipes.
• Check dates on staples and rotate stock; restock as needed.
• Clean and sanitize prep areas, tables, equipment and surfaces. Empty and wash containers.
• Maintain organized kitchen: shelves, racks, and refrigeration areas.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash according to policies.
• Follow appearance and attendance standards; participate in cross-training.
