Job summary

Chiricahua Plaza LLC in Deming, NM is seeking a team member to provide friendly, efficient customer service while handling food preparation and kitchen duties. You will keep the dining and prep areas clean and ensure compliance with safety and liquor regulations as required.

Responsibilities include inventory, daily tasks in food prep, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Customer service, cash handling, and cooking experience preferred; however, training will be given if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean retail environment including cleaning shower areas, restrooms, floors, laundry areas, lounges, fuel islands, and parking lot.
• Prepare and assist with food products, inventory deliveries, and daily tasks as directed.
• Follow safety standards about food handling and rotate food products properly.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and escalate to management as required.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and uniform standards where applicable.
