Loop Neighborhood is hiring for Team Members to join our West Coast Convenience network. You will interact with customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and help keep the store running smoothly across all shifts.

We value teamwork, safety, and a customer-centered approach as you contribute to a fast-paced convenience store environment and assist in delivering a top-notch store experience daily.

Formación

• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly with management and team.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to perform basic math for transactions.
• Must be able to validate photo ID for tobacco/alcohol sales.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb ladders when required.
• Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
• Tolerate gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work safely in varying store temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the cash register across shifts with accuracy and speed.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide courteous, prompt customer service to shoppers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell to boost store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
