Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for Uncle's stores in Balmorhea, TX. You will greet customers, run the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include learning lottery, tobacco, and alcohol compliance, upselling where appropriate, stocking and merchandising, and supporting other departments as needed. Weekend and holiday availability required; prior retail experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work hard and stay on your feet.
• Clear English reading/writing/speaking.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle register with accuracy.
• Learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales per law.
• Upsell customers to increase sales when possible.
• Keep store clean inside and out, including restrooms and lots.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
