Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4417 at 6413 Frankford Ave in Lubbock, TX. This part-time position involves running the register, helping customers, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.

You’ll handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with compliance, stock shelves, upsell when appropriate, and maintain the store’s safety and appearance in all weather. Must be 18+, able to work weekends and holidays, and pass background/drug checks; on-the-job training is

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Retail experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately
• Sell lottery, tobacco, and alcohol in compliance with laws
• Upsell products to increase sales
• Keep store and pumps clean and safe
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Maintain entryways and windows; keep areas tidy
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and help wherever needed
