Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring a Cashier/Sales Associate for Store 4339 in Bedford, TX. You will greet customers, run the register, and help keep the store clean and safe for every visitor.

You will learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sale rules with age verification, upsell where appropriate, and support other departments as needed. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with weekly pay and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. We teach on the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification and legal compliance.
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Keep the store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
