Job summary

TJ Maxx store in Waldorf, MD is hiring a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in daily store operations. You will ring up purchases, promote loyalty programs, maintain the sales floor, and support merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and procedures.
• Preps merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness on the floor.
• Accepts feedback and strives for continuous improvement.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
