Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).
• Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $24.25.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranties, and payment options.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOP policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment for customers and teammates.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
