DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Front-End Cashier to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers and helping them find what they need. You will process sales and returns, promote loyalty programs, and adhere to safety and loss-prevention standards.

Role involves standing for extended periods and handling light to moderate physical activities. You will support the team with a positive, inclusive atmosphere and accurate transactions daily.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist them to meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns following Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty, credit enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to an inclusive store environment.
