Job summary

Rural King is seeking a dedicated cashier to deliver outstanding customer service at the front registers. You will greet shoppers, process transactions, and promote loyalty programs. This role requires accurate cash handling, strong communication, and efficient use of POS systems within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also maintain clean work areas, assist with store duties, and help provide an exceptional customer experience throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and software to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with transactions.
• Follow cashier scripts and educate customers on loyalty programs and RK Visa.
• Execute cash handling, refunds, layaway, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain store front and clean work area; assist loaders as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
