Rural King is seeking a customer-focused Cashier to deliver exceptional service and accurate transactions at the front of the store in a welcoming environment.

You will greet customers, process payments, promote loyalty programs, and follow cashier scripts to ensure a smooth checkout experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive assistance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact with them to deliver a welcoming store experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the registers.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan.
• Follow cashier scripts and guidelines for returns, exchanges, and price disputes.
• Maintain clean and organized front-end areas and assist loaders when needed.
• Reconcile registers and complete paperwork with accuracy.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining store fixtures.
