Job summary

Rural King is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide accurate, efficient service at the front end, process transactions, and help customers with product information. You’ll use POS systems, handle cash and returns, and participate in training to support a positive, team-oriented store environment.

Qualifications

Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash accurately and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Process cash, credit, debit, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow cash handling procedures, returns, exchanges, layaways, and price disputes.
Educate customers about loyalty programs and RK services.
Maintain clean, organized front-end area and assist with loading/stocking as needed.
