Job summary

Rural King is seeking an attentive cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and handle daily transactions in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, process payments, and promote the Rural King loyalty program, RK Visa, and RK Plus Protection Plan to enhance the shopper experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately
• Explain RK loyalty program, RK Visa, and RKPPP to customers
• Follow cashier procedures for returns, exchanges, and payments
• Maintain a clean front-end area and stock as needed
• Respond to calls at the registers with professional etiquette
• Assist loaders and respond to customer requests promptly
• Balance registers and complete required paperwork with accuracy
• Ensure loss prevention practices and proper EAS handling
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
