Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a visible, engaging manner.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane.
• Understand and operate the POS system and handle cash, checks, credit, debit, and loyalty offers per policy.
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and prevent loss.
• Follow policies for restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay updated with current ads and promotions.
• Maintain food safety regulations and support safety programs.
• Provide welcoming, helpful service to customers and protect confidentiality.
