Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in some states for tobacco).
• Ability to pass drug test and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage excellent customer service.
• Handle cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, complete tender transactions.
• Maintain checkstand area and complete price discrepancy logs.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and money orders at the Customer Service Desk.
• Provide lottery services and license sales where allowed.
• Follow corporate policies and participate in store initiatives.
