Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and associates to build a strong customer service team.
• Record items at correct prices in the correct departments quickly and accurately.
• Verify identification for beer and wine purchases where applicable.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate over/short records.
• Bag and check customer orders, ensuring nothing is left behind at checkout.
• Report problems or inquiries to customer service management as needed.
• Help control shrink through attentive ringing and loss-prevention awareness.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
