Central Bancompany is seeking a Teller to provide friendly, professional service and maintain customer accounts. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while representing the bank in a positive way.

The position involves checking transactions, assisting customers, and supporting branch sales goals. Strong math, typing, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, PC and typing skills, and ability to count U.S. currency.
• Basic 10-key skills; typing 25 wpm.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely via lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer; research differences as needed.
• Listen to customers and communicate positively; uphold Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize needs and cross-sell bank products/services; refer to other lines of business.
• Perform teller functions per bank policies, procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
