Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of banking experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to apply general accounting knowledge (debits/credits).
• Proficient computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by meeting client needs efficiently.
• Assist daily lobby management and greet clients warmly.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and standard banking transactions.
• Provide account information and answer inquiries.
• Handle cash with accuracy and balance as per policies.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and internal controls.
• Support cross-selling of banking products and services.
