Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to meet financial needs.
• Listen actively to recommend products to achieve sales and service goals.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions.
• Process financial transactions accurately and in compliance with policies.
• Refer complex financial needs to bank specialists.
• Respond to customer inquiries about accounts and online banking.
• Use CRM systems to track cases and maintain records.
• Authenticate callers and mitigate fraud risk.
• Maintain knowledge of Online Banking Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
