Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service and cash handling experience; sales experience preferred.
• Successful completion of required compliance and training; advancement is management discretion.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by resolving customer needs promptly.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist branch duties.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, safe deposit box, basic business).
• Cross-sell products and refer to appropriate business lines.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
