Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willing to travel for training and branch support as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as welcoming first point of contact for customers.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy.
• Explain products and digital banking tools to customers.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex needs.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to service areas.
• Follow security and compliance standards.
