Job summary

Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a part-time Teller to serve as the welcoming, accurate frontline for customers. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions while verifying identities and funds.

You will educate customers on digital tools, refer complex needs to specialists, and support branch operations with a customer‑centric mindset. Travel to multiple branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Ability to attend a 5–7 day initial training program with potential travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing).
• Verify customer identity and available funds.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
• Support lobby management and direct customers to the right service area.
• Answer calls and route inquiries per bank standards.
