Central Bank in Hollister, MO is seeking a friendly Teller to handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and customer greetings in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, a professional image, and representing the bank’s values to every customer.

You will process transactions across lobby, drive-through, night-drop, mail, or ATM; balance your cash drawer, and research differences when needed.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED.
Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
Basic math skills, intermediate PC and typing skills.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.
Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate clearly.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsabilités

Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
Transactions may be completed via lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
Balance daily cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner.
Demonstrate quality customer service and refer to bank products when appropriate.
Make referrals to other lines of business for products and services.
Participate in the branch sales program and achieve goals.
Perform teller functions in line with bank policies and regulations.
