Job summary

Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. seeks a Service Associate I to perform face-to-face customer banking transactions, sell and cross-sell bank products, and deliver exceptional service.

As part of the Retail department, you will process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and balance a cash drawer, while engaging with customers to identify needs and provide solutions.

The role requires good communication, math skills and reliability, with hours that vary by branch and Saturdays by rotation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Customer contact and cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and balance a cash drawer.
• Sell official checks and cross-sell bank products.
• Consultative selling and assisting customers with needs and solutions.
