Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of The Sun Auto Network, is hiring a Service Advisor to promote all products and services, greet customers, document concerns, and provide accurate quotes. You will guide customers through recommended services and track status throughout the day.

Join a team-focused environment with established process standards and opportunities for advancement; must have automotive service knowledge and strong sales/customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle to identify service needs.
• Explain service recommendations and document them in the customer file.
• Promote services, parts and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers daily.
• Process payments and review warranties and inspections.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and manage returns/warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
