Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly
• Coordinate with supervisor to prioritize tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs
• Maintain community appearance (lighting, trash removal, painting)
