Responsibilities

• Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages from customers.
• Answer customer queries and provide information about e‑waybills and invoices.
• Inform customers of delivery delays and arrange new delivery dates in coordination with production teams.
• Manage all situations that arise during the order and delivery process.
