Job summary

CHAD JACOBSON - State Farm Agent in Montoursville, PA is hiring an Account Representative to support daily operations and client success. You will nurture customer relationships, identify needs, and promote State Farm products and services to meet those needs.

The role includes outreach to new leads and servicing existing clients with professionalism and empathy. The position offers the opportunity to grow with a dedicated team, training and development, and the potential for performance-based

Qualifications

Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
Dedicated to customer service.
Able to anticipate customer needs.
Able to effectively relate to customers.
Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
