Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in New York, NY. You will greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and process simple transactions with care and accuracy. You will build client relationships, identify needs, and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash or digital).
Minimum 1 year customer experience and product referrals.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify needs.
Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple tasks.
Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
Follow all policies including cash handling and regulations.
