Job summary

Citizens Teller position in Kennett Square invites you to greet customers in our lobby, help them use our mobile app and ATMs, and complete simple transactions with care and accuracy. You will provide personalized financial guidance, connect customers to Bankers for next steps, and follow all cash handling policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying as the next step.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions.

• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions or concerns.
