Qualifications

• One year of teller experience preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience and/or customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills and basic access to bank systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and efficient transaction services to customers.
• Controlling and balancing all financial instruments processed and assisting in branch services.
• Welcoming customers with a warm, friendly manner and building relationships.
• Handling deposits, withdrawals, check endorsements, loan payments, and currency.
• Processing transactions within authorized limits and obtaining supervisor approvals as needed.
