Job summary

TBK Bank is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver prompt, accurate financial transactions and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll profile customers, offer tailored bank products and services, and ensure each interaction helps retain and grow our client base.

You will open new accounts, support with stop payments and debit card orders, and professionally refer customers to appropriate departments while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Six to twelve months bank teller or customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross-selling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions per bank policies.
• Open new accounts with correct documentation and records.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more as needed.
• Refer customers to bank departments and safeguard confidential information.
