TBK Bank is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver prompt and accurate financial transactions and build strong customer relationships in our community branch. You will profile customers, suggest tailored products, and support the development of cross-sell opportunities with professionalism.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy, and adherence to bank policies, with opportunities to grow within the team and contribute to local community initiatives.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and preferably possess six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of bank products and excellent customer service are important.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.
• Open new accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer info, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
• Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
