Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and provide friendly, personalized service with great food. You will work with Managers and teammates to maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role focuses on guest interaction, cash handling, food preparation, cleaning, and adherence to health and safety rules. Eligibility includes state/federal work documents, and there are opportunities for growth and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Dependable and reliable team member.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 16; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.

• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations and maintains punctual attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
