Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• 18+ years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS, using upsell techniques to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, and utensils.
• Cleans dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Attends shifts regularly and punctually.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues.
• Learns teamwork skills to achieve goals.
