Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean environment.

You will work with Restaurant Managers and teammates to uphold standards, greet guests, handle orders and payments, and maintain health and safety, while adhering to shift schedules and uniform policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work availability.
• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 years to work opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Results oriented and customer focused.
• Previous customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and resolves issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Works with management to resolve issues that may arise.
• Learns teamwork and contributes to achieving goals.
