Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to greet customers, help with purchases and keep the store well-stocked. You will support selling initiatives, perform duties such as cashiering and merchandising, and ensure a Legendary Customer Experience for neighbors and teammates.

No prior experience is required; basic reading, writing, and counting are important. The role involves varied shifts, indoor work, and a focus on safety and teamwork within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform merchandising tasks including Plan-o-gram, price changes, and stock replenishment.
