Shamrock Foods Company in Mesa, AZ is hiring a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, stock shelves, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting wage is $18.25 per hour, with a schedule that may include Sundays through Saturdays and day/night shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and 3+ months of retail experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ months of retail experience preferred; food service is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk in the store.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs when shelving.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store.
• Process purchases and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain product presentation.
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Participate in store inventories and opening/closing procedures.
• Work in cold environments as required.
