Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is hiring a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, keep a clean and safe store environment, and efficiently process checkouts. You will stock products, maintain pricing and signage, and support inventory counts while working as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a willingness to work Monday through Saturday full-time with day or night shifts, and the schedule may vary based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ months of retail experience preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs on shelving

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in all store engagement activities
• Performs general cleaning and maintains a safe environment
• Processes customer purchases and balances cash drawer accurately
• Keeps shelves stocked and merchandise presented; uses material handling equipment
• Maintains pricing and signage accuracy of products
• Participates in store inventory counts, opening/closing procedures, and working in cold environments
• Other duties as assigned
