Shamrock Foods Company is hiring a Store Associate in Mesa, AZ to deliver excellent customer service, keep the store clean, and execute checkout and stocking tasks as part of a collaborative team.

The starting wage is $18.25/hour for a part-time role with Sunday–Saturday shifts; Day/Night shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and schedules vary with business need. Applicants should be fluent in English and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; speak, read, and write.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 3+ months of retail experience preferred; food service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in the store.
• Performs cleaning and maintains a safe environment.
• Processes purchases and balances cash drawer.
• Keeps shelves stocked and merchandised; uses material handling equipment.
• Maintains pricing and signage accuracy.
• Participates in inventory counts and opening/closing procedures.
