Crown Motors in Redding, CA is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers to and from the dealership, delivering a courteous first impression.

In this full-time role, you will perform vehicle inspections, coordinate with service staff, and assist customers with entry and luggage while maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety standards. The position offers full-time hours, training, and growth opportunities within the service team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Age 21+ due to insurance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate local roads with knowledge of the area preferred.
• Strong time-management and scheduling abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Previous experience in customer service or driving roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership within the service area.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean/shuttle vehicle and perform daily safety inspections.
• Coordinate pick-up and drop-off with the service team.
• Assist customers entering/exiting the vehicle and handling light luggage.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs to the Service Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally.
