Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
• Conduct final walkarounds and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle pick-up.
• Maintain detailed service records and follow all dealership and manufacturer policies.
