Dollar General Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist the Store Manager with supervision of staff, merchandising, paperwork, and deposits, while also stocking and cashiering as needed to maximize profitability and reduce losses.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• Retail experience and some supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to learn store policies and procedures quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise storage, stocking, and planograms as directed.
