Job summary

The Children's Place in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving goals and delivering outstanding customer service. You will use product knowledge and effective selling techniques, maintain presentation standards, replenish stock, and keep a clean store and backroom.

You will also assist with cashier duties, promote promotions, and ensure a safe, organized shopping environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and greet them promptly to deliver service.
• Communicate product value and promotions to customers.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and stock levels.
• Operate cashwrap with accuracy and educate customers on the PLACE Card.
• Support loss prevention and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
