Job summary

The Children’s Place in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will support the Store Leadership Team, deliver excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and keep the store and backroom clean and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining promotions, maintaining stock and signage, and handling cashwrap with accuracy. Flexible shifts including weekends are required to help meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, explain promotions, and address questions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and stock levels.
• Assist with replenishment, backroom organization, and housekeeping.
• Provide fast, accurate service at the cashwrap and process transactions.
• Support store leadership in achieving goals and loss prevention adherence.
