Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Sales Associate in Washington, PA to support the Store Leadership Team and drive store performance. You will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, and apply effective selling techniques while keeping the floor and stockroom organized and well-stocked.

You will also assist with promotions, sizing, and fitting room processes, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and contributing to achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with customers.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, promotions, and sizing; maintain stockroom and floor presentation.
• Process transactions at cashwrap accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and store cleanliness to company standards.
• Report maintenance and safety needs to Store Leadership promptly.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and demonstrate flexibility in stock handling.
