Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive, efficient customer experience in-store. You will greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and support pricing changes and displays while promoting Fleet Farm rewards and loyalty programs.

The role requires a friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented person with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep endcaps, merchandise, and sale items stocked.
• Maintain clean sales floor and displays.
• Assist with price changes and promotions.
• Assist with stock and backroom organization as needed.
• Assist customers with Fleet Rewards and loyalty program promotions.
