Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a positive, efficient customer experience in the assigned area. You will greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and assist with pricing changes and merchandising resets, while promoting the Fleet Rewards program.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all customers and provide best in class service.
• Keep endcaps and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain sales floor readiness and cleanliness.
• Assist with in-store price changes and sales pricing.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments and front shelving.
• Train on cash register and assist at checkout when needed.
• Support merchandise resets and visual display upkeep.
• Promote Fleet Rewards credit card and Loyalty Program.
